How The Typical Process Looks Like

Initial Meeting

After the initial email or phone call, we schedule the first initial meeting where we will get to know each other and feel if we are a good fit for each other. We will discuss details of your event that will guide us through the next preparation steps. You will be able to ask questions and gain more insight into your experience. No strings attached.

Venue Search & Contracting

After the initial meeting, we send you a customized contract. Upon acceptance, we start looking for the perfect venue considering your needs, venue and party size, party type and style, budget, etc.

Design & Event Concept

TG events provides you with a Design & Event Concept presentation that helps to get everyone in the same mood and gives you an idea of how the event will look like. It is great when you love the first idea. But even if you do not we are always open to your comments and would like to elevate the concept until we get it right.

Vendors Search & Contracting

We usually recommend vendors that we worked with in the past and can rely on to provide the best service and experience for you. However, we are happy to find someone else if recommended vendors are not what you are looking for.

We accompany you to all vendors’ appointments to ensure you are getting the best conditions and all questions are addressed. You will be the one who approves vendors and signs contracts with them.

Going Deep Into Details

During this phase, we work with vendors to bring the event concept to life, clarify all details, and make everything work together smoothly. You can be very much involved during this phase approving all the details as well as leaving this part to us and our expertise.

Event Coordination

TG events is on-site from the start of the set-up until the very end of the event. The primary responsibilities vary based on a specific event and may include greeting and coordinating teams/vendors, managing entrance, and attendees, setting up decor or installations, taking care of force majors and any issues that come up during the setup and at the event.
